Ingredients

Black Gold Seasoning Blend by PS Seasoning

King Shallot Seasoning Blend by PS Seasoning

Cherry Bomb BBQ Sauce by PS Seasoning

2 Pork Tenderloins

1/2 Stick (1/4 Cup) Butter

Directions
Marinate the pork tenderloins in Cherry Bomb BBQ Sauce by PS Seasoning for at least 1 hour maximum of 12 hours.
Preheat your smoker to 225°F using hickory wood.
Season pork tenderloins with Black Gold Seasoning Blend by PS Seasoning and King Shallot Seasoning Blend by PS Seasoning.
Smoke at 225 °F for 45 minutes, until the tenderloins reach an internal temp of 110 °F.
Remove the tenderloins and increase the grill temperature to somewhere around 375 °F - 450 °F on a burner on medium-high. Heat up a cast iron pan on the grill or burner and sear the pork tenderloins for 1 minute on each side. Lightly brush the tenderloins with Cherry Bomb BBQ Sauce by PS Seasoning. Add 1/2 stick butter and rosemary to the cast iron skillet.
With a spoon, lightly baste the tenderloins with the butter mixture. Remove once the internal temp reaches 140 °F or your desired pork internal temperature.
Slice against the grain and serve with your holiday sides.

Pro Tip: Try this recipe with chicken breasts – just cook until they reach an internal temperature of 165 °F.
