Cajun Style Barbecue Ribs
Enjoy fall-off-the-bone goodness of spare ribs with a Cajun twist! Try using hickory wood chips to add flavor to your ribs. We suggest using Vaughn Wood Products hickory wood -- a vendor frequently featured in the Grill Masters Club box.

INGREDIENTS
- 3 lb Spare Ribs or Back Ribs
Marinade
- 1 cup Hickory Smoke BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Hot Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Ground Red Pepper (or Cayenne)
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Celery Seed
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Thyme Leaves
Instructions
Set ribs aside.
Mix remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan, bring to a soft boil.
Place in a glass container along with ribs.
Marinate the ribs for 3 to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Wipe grill with olive oil and preheat.
Place ribs on grill.
Grill for 8 to 10 minutes.
Turn once.
Brush with marinade.
