Ingredients

Super Chunk Steak House Seasoning by The Sauce Goddess
2 lb Bone-In Dry Aged Angus or Prime Ribeye
Cooking Oil

Directions

Preheat your smoker to 220 °F using hickory or oak chunks, hickory blend pellets or charcoal.
Apply oil to the steak as a binder and season with Super Chunk Steak House Seasoning by The Sauce Goddess.
Place the ribeye in the grill and smoke until the internal temperature reaches 115 °F
Remove and heat the grill to 450 °F.
Sear the ribeye for 2.5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 130 °F.
Remove the ribeye and let it rest for 15 minutes. Slice to perfection and enjoy!

Pro Tip: Pair this with a robust red wine or barrel strength bourbon for a delicious combination.
