Ingredients
- Lane’s “Pow Pow” Sauce
- Remy’s Competition Rub by Brocmar Smokehouse
- 3 ½ - 4 lb Boneless Pork Loin (tied for roasting)

2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds
- Flat Parsley
Directions
- Rub the oil over the pork, then coat it evenly with Remy’s Competition Rub by Brocmar Smokehouse. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
- Prepare your grill for indirect-heat cooking.
- Place the pork on the grill rack so it is not directly over the fire.
- Cook for 40-50 minutes brushing with the Lane’s “Pow Pow” Sauce every 10 minutes and turning once or twice, until reaching an internal temperature of 150 °F.
- Transfer to a cutting board, cover loosely with aluminum foil, and let rest for 6-10 minutes.
- Snip the strings and cut into thin slices.
- Arrange on a warmed platter, topped with chopped parsley and sesame seeds.
- Serve with a side bowl of Lane’s “Pow Pow” Sauce and enjoy!
