Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Mis’ Rubin's White Magic Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp Wilder Sweet & Hot Mustard
- 1 lb Brussels Sprouts (trimmed and halved)
- 4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- ⅓ cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
Directions
- Heat a large cast iron skillet or similar sturdy-bottomed skillet on an outdoor grill over medium heat.
- 2. Toss brussel sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder and Mis’ Rubin's White Magic Seasoning together in a bowl. Make sure brussel sprouts are well coated.
- 3. Add brussel sprouts to a grilling skillet and cook, turning as needed, until lightly browned and fork-tender, about 15 minutes.
- 4. Remove skillet from the heat.
- 5. Stir in the Wilder Sweet & Hot mustard transfer the sprouts to a serving plate and top with freshly grated parmesan cheese. Enjoy hot.
