Ingredients
- Mis’ Rubin’s White Magic Seasoning
- 2 Sourdough Loaves (cubed)
- 1 Shallot (diced)
- 5 cloves Garlic (minced)
- ½ Yellow Onion (diced)
- ½ Red Onion (diced)
- ½ cup Diced Celery
- ½ cup Finely Chopped Carrots
- ¼ cup Chopped Rosemary, Sage, & Thyme
- 1 Tbsp Orange Zest (for garnish)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 stick Butter
- ¼ cup Whiskey
- 1 ½ cups Chicken Broth

2 Cast Iron Skillets or Grill Safe Dishes

Directions
- Start by preheating the smoker to 275 °F.
- In a medium sized skillet add ½ stick butter, yellow onion, red onion, shallot, celery, carrot, herbs, & ¼ cup whiskey (broth can substitute).
- Place on Smoker for 40 minutes.
- Add ½ stick butter, cubed sourdough and a sprinkle of Mis’ Rubin’s White Magic Seasoning to a large cast iron skillet.
- Place on the smoker for 30 - 40 minutes.
- Whisk 2 eggs into 1 ½ cups chicken broth. Add mixture to the vegetable contents in the medium skillet.
- Stir and add to the larger skillet of sourdough. Gently fold in mixture.
- Smoke for another 20 minutes. Remove turkey from brine and wash contents from the bird to avoid over salting.
- Garnish with orange zest and remaining herbs.
