Ingredients

King Shallot Seasoning Blend by PS Seasoning

Cherry Bomb BBQ Sauce by PS Seasoning

1/2 Smoked Ham (6-8 lb)

1 Stick (1/2 Cup) Butter, cubed

1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar

1 Cup Apple Cider
Directions
Preheat your smoker or grill to 250 °F, using hickory wood.
Place ham in a cast iron skillet (bone side up) and add 1 stick of butter.
Pour a 1/4 cup of Cherry Bomb BBQ Sauce by PS Seasoning over the ham and gently rub it in to cover all surfaces.
Add 2 Tbsp of King Shallot Seasoning Blend by PS Seasoning to 1 cup of dark brown sugar. Season the ham with the mixture.
Smoke ham at 250 °F for 2.5 hours.
Increase the smoker temperature to 325 °F, add apple cider, and cover with foil.
Smoke for an additional 1.5 hours.
Remove ham from your smoker and shred in the pan with the braising liquid.
Serve with Cherry Bomb BBQ Sauce by PS Seasoning.
