Lemon Garlic Aioli by Terrapin Ridge Farms

4 Boneless Skinless Filets of White Fish of Choice, we used Kingfish

¾ Cup Mayo
-
¼ Cup Cream Cheese
-
1 Shallot, Minced
-
2 Tbsp Green Onion, Minced

1 Tbsp Relish
Directions
Preheat the smoker or grill to 220°F.
Using Hot Honey by The Spice Guy as a binder, season filets with Feiny’s Citrus Dust and Somethin’ for Rubbin’ by BT Leigh’s.
Smoke for 1 hour.
Remove fish from your smoker, let cool, then add to a mixing bowl.
Then add mayo, cream cheese, shallot, green onion, relish, and 2 Tbsp Lemon Garlic Aioli by Terrapin Ridge Farms.
Mix thoroughly until the fish has shredded but do not over incorporate.
Garnish with green onion and serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
