Ingredients
- Moo Moo Magic Brisket Rub & Seasoning by Southbound Barbecue
- 1 rack Beef Plate / Short Ribs
- Mustard or binder of choice
- 2 cups Water & 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar (for spritzing)
Directions

- Place beef ribs in the smoker. Smoke for 7 hours, spritzing every hour with the apple cider vinegar & water mixture.
- By 7 hours, your beef ribs should read 200 °F internal.
- Remove beef ribs and let rest for 30 minutes before slicing. Slice into individual ribs, or take it a step further and slice each rib into bite sized pieces for sliders or to share at your backyard BBQ. Enjoy!
