Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Carne Asada Seasoning by The Spice Guy
- Chile Lime Aioli Squeeze Garnishing Sauce by Terrapin Ridge Farms
- 4 Tbsp Elote Loco Street Corn Blend by PS Seasoning
- 8 ears of Sweet Corn
- 1 stick Butter
- 1/2 cup Cilantro (chopped)
- Juice and zest of 1 Lime
Directions
- Soak 8 ears of corn in water for at least 1 hour, leaving the husk on.
- Preheat your smoker to 250 °F.
- Smoke corn in husks for 1 hour.
- In a small saucepan or skillet add 1 stick butter, lime juice and Carne Asada Seasoning by The Spice Guy.
- Remove husks from corn by folding them back for presentation or removing completely and cutting into halves to multiply serving size.
- Brush with melted butter, with a sprinkle of Elote Loco Street Corn Blend by PS Seasoning and grill at 325 °F for 25-30 minutes.
- Add a generous amount of Chile Lime Aioli Squeeze Garnishing Sauce by Terrapin Ridge Farms, Elote Loco Street Corn Blend by PS Seasoning, cilantro and lime zest.
