Directions
How to Grill the Chicken for the Pizza
Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill to medium heat (350-375°F). Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
Prepare the Chicken: Start with a boneless, skinless chicken breast or thigh. Season with a pinch of salt, pepper and Salt-Free Pizza Pie Seasoning by Spiceology for a cohesive flavor.
Grill the Chicken: Place the chicken directly on the grill grates and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. For extra flavor, brush the chicken with a thin layer of the pizza sauce from the bundle during the last few minutes of grilling.
Rest and Slice: Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice into small, bite-sized pieces perfect for topping your pizza.
Prepare the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400 - 450 °F).
Place the pizza stone on the grill while it preheats, allowing the stone to heat evenly for at least 30 minutes.
Assemble the Pizza
Lay the pizza crust on a clean surface.
Spread Yo Mama's Classic Pizza Sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
Evenly distribute the grilled chicken pieces, thinly sliced fresh tomato, and pineapple chunks over the cheese. (Pro tip: You can also add diced onions.)
Sprinkle Salt-Free Pizza Pie Seasoning by Spiceology on top for added flavor.
Grill the Pizza
Carefully transfer the assembled pizza onto the preheated pizza stone using a spatula or pizza peel.
Close the grill lid and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden, and the crust is crisp.
Finish and Serve
Remove the pizza from the grill using grill tongs or a pizza peel.
Let it cool slightly for 2-3 minutes.
Slice with the pizza cutter from the bundle and serve your Hawaiian-style pizza hot!

Recipe Note
Pro Tip: If you build the pizza on a floured pizza peel, you’ll be more successful – transferring it from a counter and then onto the peel can be tricky.
