2 Chicken Breasts (cut into tenders) or 8 Chicken Tenderloins

Hot Honey Mustard Ingredients
Directions
Marinate the chicken: Combine 1 cup buttermilk with 1 tsp Somethin’ for Rubbin’ by B.T. Leigh’s and add to a food safe container with the chicken, marinate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the smoker or grill: Preheat your smoker or grill to 220 °F.
Remove chicken from the marinade, season with Somethin’ for Rubbin’ by B.T. Leigh’s, and smoke for 45 minutes.
Prepare for frying: Heat 6 cups of frying oil. We prefer peanut, avocado, or vegetable oil to 350 °F.
Prepare the chicken: In a prep container add 2 cups of flour and 1 Tbsp Somethin’ for Rubbin’ by B.T. Leigh’s. In another prep container thoroughly combine 1/2 cup buttermilk with 6 eggs. Remove the chicken from your grill or smoker and add to the egg and buttermilk mixture. Then fully coat all sides with the flour and Somethin’ for Rubbin’ by B.T. Leigh’s mixture.
Make the hot honey mustard: Combine 1/2 cup stone ground mustard with 1 Tbsp Hot Honey Sweet BBQ Sauce by The Spice Guy and 1 tsp Lemon Garlic Aioli Squeeze by Terrapin Ridge Farms.
Fry the chicken tenders until golden brown. Then toss in the hot honey mustard.
