Ingredients
- Lanes Q-NAMI Rub
- Mis' Rubin's Magic All-Purpose Marinade
- Lane’s Pineapple Chipotle Sauce
- 2 Tuna Filets
- 1 Bag Slaw Mix
- 1/3 Cup Fresh CIlantro, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Mango and or Pineapple, diced
- 1/2 Lime
- 1 Tbsp Mayo
- 1 Tbsp Mis Rubin's All Purpose Marinade
- 1 Tbsp Lane’s Pineapple Chipotle Sauce
- (Toss the slaw, mangos and cilantro in the sauce)

Directions
- Marinate tuna in 2 Tbsp Mis' Rubin's Magic All-Purpose Marinade for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill 400F. Lightly oil a skillet and add it to the grill.
- Apply a light amount of oil to the tuna filets. Season tuna with Lane’s Q-NAMI Rub.
- Sear hot and fast on the cast iron or directly on the grill grate for 10-15 seconds each side.
- Cool in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Slice the tuna and plate with the fresh slaw. Drizzle Lane’s Pineapple Chipotle Sauce and garnish with lime, and cilantro. Enjoy!
Recipe Note
Pro Tips: Make sure the tuna is very cold before searing. You can also try this with a high grade of steak for a tropical take on beef tartare!
