To a large piece of foil add potatoes, sausage, corn, onion, garlic, half a stick of butter sliced into cubes, Feiny's Citrus Dust, and Somethin’ for Rubbin’ by B.T. Leigh’s. Put another sheet of foil on top and carefully fold in the sides.
Place on grill or smoker for 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove top foil and add in crab, shrimp or seafood of choice, followed by 4-6 pats of butter and another round of Feiny's Citrus Dust, and Somethin’ for Rubbin’ by B.T. Leigh’s.
Cook for an additional 20 minutes. Remove from the grill and serve with Lemon Garlic Aioli Squeeze by Terrapin Ridge Farms, and a hot honey butter that is ½ cup melted butter with 1 tsp Hot Honey BBQ Sauce by The Spice Guy.
