Pitmaster Jason
Ingredients
- 1 cup Lane’s “Pow Pow” Sauce
- ½ Tbsp Garlic & Herb Seasoning by Rainier Foods
- Bamboo Skewers
- 2 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 2 Green Bell Peppers (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 2 red bell peppers (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1 yellow onion (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1 bundle Mushroom Caps
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
Directions
- Start with placing cubed chicken into a bowl and coating with Meat Mitch WHOMP! Naked BBQ Sauce. Cover and place in the fridge for one hour.
- Place all vegetables in a bowl and coat with olive oil. Put in the Garlic & Herb Seasoning by Rainier Foods and mix well, ensuring all vegetables are well-seasoned.
- Get your grill going at 350 °F. Thread up the chicken and vegetables onto the skewers. Place directly on your grill grates and cook for 7-10 minutes on each side until chicken is cooked through. Pull, let rest for minutes, and ENJOY!
Recipe Note
PITMASTER PRO TIP: if using wooden/bamboo skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before cooking. This will keep them from catching fire during the cook!
