4 Snapper Filets

3 Lemons, thinly sliced

Directions
Preheat the smoker or grill to 375 °F using hickory or charcoal.
Coat the surface with olive oil, lay down 4-6 slices of lemon, depending on the size of the filet, then top each line of lemon slices with a snapper filet. Rub in a little bit of olive oil on the top of each filet and lightly season with Feiny's Citrus Dust and Lemon Garlic Aioli Squeeze by Terrapin Ridge Farms.
Place on the smoker and cook for 30 minutes.
Serve with Lemon Garlic Aioli Squeeze by Terrapin Ridge Farms.
