Ingredients
-
Hattie Z’s Nashville Hot Seasoning by The Spice Guy
-
The Wing Man Buffalo Sauce by The Spice Guy
-
3 lb Party Wings
-
1/2 stick Melted Butter
Directions
Preheat your grill or smoker to 325 °F using pellets, charcoal or gas.
Prepare the wings: If you have not already sectioned the wings, separate the flats from the drums.
Season the wings: Using a little bit of The Wing Man Buffalo Sauce by The Spice Guy as a binder, season the wings with Hattie Z’s Nashville Hot Seasoning by The Spice Guy (a little goes a long way).
Place wings directly on the grill or smoker grate and cook for 20 minutes each side.
Increase the grill temperature to 350 °F and cook for 10 minutes each side.
Toss the wings in The Wing Man Buffalo Sauce by The Spice Guy.
Serve with ranch or bleu cheese, and devour these dynamite wings!
Recipe Note
Pro Tip: If making these the same day as the hot chicken sandwiches, experiment and make a fried batch with the leftover flour from the fry station – you won’t be sorry!
