She served 1000 festival attendees Smoke Fried Chicken Sandwiches, entered her Beef Rib Tacos into a competition, and shared her passion for Grill Masters Club. Ingredients
Prime Time Buttery Beef Rub by PS Seasoning
Maple Bourbon Wing Sauce by PS Seasoning
2 lb Chicken Breast
2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Buttermilk
1 Jar Pickles
1 Pack Brioche Buns
Spicy BBQ Rub of Choice (like Lane’s Spellbound Rub)
Start by preheating your smoker or grill to 225°F.
Brine chicken overnight in buttermilk and Prime Time Buttery Beef Rub by PS Seasoning to enhance the juiciness. A great step but not mandatory!
Slice chicken breasts in smaller strips. Season with Prime Time Buttery Beef Rub by PS Seasoning.
Place on your smoker and cook until the chicken reaches 160 F. Let cool.
Set up your frying station. Fill a cast iron Dutch oven about half way with frying oil of choice. Preheat to 350 F. In one bowl, add buttermilk with a little bit of hot sauce. In one bowl or tray, add 2 cups of flour with 2 tbsp of Prime Time by PS Seasoning and 1 tbsp of a spicy bbq rub of choice (optional).
Begin by soaking the chicken in the buttermilk, then dipping in the flour and repeating one time. Place in the fryer for 2 minutes or until crispy golden brown. Place on the drying rack.
Apply Maple Bourbon Wing Sauce by PS Seasoning as a glaze to the chicken.
