Ingredients

Rainier Food’s Garlic & Herb
- Meat Mitch Naked BBQ Sauce
- 6 - 8 Salmon Filets or 1 Whole Piece (Skinless, Bones Removed)
- 1 Lemon, Sliced
- Juice from 1 Lemon
- ½ Cup Green Onion, Oregano, & Dill, Chopped
- Oil of Choice
- 2 Cups Greek Yogurt
- ½ Cup Cucumber, Minced & Strained
- Juice from 1 Lemon
- Juice from 1 Lime
- ⅓ Cup Minced Oregano, Green Onion, Dill
- 1 Tbsp Rainer Foods Garlic & Herb
- Combine ingredients & stir. Store in the refrigerator until serving.
Tzatziki Sauce
Directions
Marinate Salmon in Meat Mitch Naked Sauce, juice from 1 lemon, & ¼ cup minced herbs for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Preheat Grill to 325°F.
Season salmon with Rainier Garlic & Herb.
- Place salmon on the oiled griddle or flat top grill.
- Grill for 12 minutes on one side, flip and add lemon slices, garlic, and remaining minced herbs.
Grill for another 12 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145°F.
- Garnish with Tzatziki Sauce, lemon slices and fresh herbs.
Recipe Note
Goes great with Greek salad, grilled veggies roasted potatoes or orzo.
