3 White Onions, Thinly Sliced

2 Tomatoes, Thick Sliced

Lettuce

1 lb Thick Cut Bacon

6 Brioche Rolls

1/4 Cup Saucy Rascals Everyday Mayo-BBQ

2 Tbsp Saucy Rascals Everyday Original BBQ Sauce

1 tsp Super Chunk Steakhouse Seasoning by Sauce Goddess

2 Tbsp Ketchup

1 Tbsp Pickle Juice
Burger Sauce (Simply Combine Ingredients & Enjoy)
Directions
Preheat the griddle to medium high. Start by cooking the bacon until crispy. Remove and let cool, remove grease from the griddle.
In a large bowl add ground beef, 1 Tbsp Super Chunk Steakhouse Seasoning by Sauce Goddess, 1 Tbsp Saucy Rascals Everyday Original BBQ Sauce and 1 Tbsp Smoky Honey Seasoning & Rub by Rainier Foods. Form about 3x3 inch meatballs.
Place meat balls on the griddle surface. Cover each ball in sliced onion lightly season with Super Chunk Steakhouse Seasoning by Sauce Goddess.
After about 2-3 minutes, using a small cast iron or burger smasher with parchment paper, press down on each ball, flattening them out completely.
Continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes (until the edges are crispy).
Flip burgers and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add cheese and stack burgers to make doubles. Cut the heat and toast buns on the griddle.
Prepare burger sauce and toppings of choice. Load up your burgers and enjoy!
