[Video] Summer Salad: Hot Honey Pork Chops w/ Grilled Peaches & Burrata

We’ve got a summer salad that you won’t forget! It's not complicated, but it’s got flavors you won’t believe.

This salad combines a few of our favorite things: Smoked pork chops, grilled peaches, burrata, and hot honey.

Kurobuta pork, also known as Berkshire pork, is a heritage breed of pig that originated in England over 200 years ago. The name comes from the Japanese word for "black pig" because the Berkshire pig is mostly black. Kurobuta pork is prized for its flavor, tenderness, and marbling, which gives it a juicier, more tender bite than conventional pork. It's often called "the Wagyu of pork" or "the Kobe beef of pork".

Marinade Ingredients

• Olive Oil

• Hot Honey

• BBQ Sauce

Seasoning

• Something smoky (we love Smoked Sweetness from Rainier Foods)

Dressing Ingredients

• Balsamic Vinegar

• Hot Honey

• Olive Oil

Remaining Ingredients

• Peaches

• Burrata

• Shallot

• Basil

• Pistachios

• Arugula/Spring Mix

Directions

1. Marinate Pork Chops for at least one hour.

2. Season and grill pork chops at 325 F for about 5 to 7 minutes each side, until reaching an internal temperature of 137 F.

3. Slice peaches, adding a little hot honey and grill, along with shallots and basil, for 2-4 minutes each side.

4. Assemble salad with the pork chops, shallots, peaches, and basil. Then add fresh Burrata, pistachios, and the dressing. So simple and so good!
