Ingredients

Prime Time Buttery Beef Rub by PS Seasoning

Maple Bourbon Wing Sauce by PS Seasoning

1 cup Warm Milk
-
1 Egg, room temperature

4 Tbsp (1/2 stick) Butter, softened

4 Tbsp (1/2 stick) Butter, melted

4 Cups All Purpose Flour
-
2 Tbsp Instant Yeast

1/3 cup Sugar
Directions
Preheat your grill or smoker to 350 °F.
In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer add yeast, sugar, 1 tsp Prime Time Buttery Beef Rub by PS Seasoning and warm milk. Let sit for 10 minutes or until yeast starts to bubble.
Add softened butter and 1 egg. Whisk thoroughly.
Add flour. Mix until dough is formed.
Cover and let rise for 45 minutes.
Either knead by hand or use knead attachment to mix one more time. The dough should be fluffy.
Cover hands with flour and hand form rolls.
Place rolls in a greased skillet.
Bake at 350 °F for thirty minutes or until golden brown.
Mix together 1 tsp Maple Bourbon Wing Sauce by PS Seasoning with 4 Tbsp (½ stick) of melted butter and pour over rolls, then sprinkle Prime Time Buttery Beef Rub by PS. Seasoning over the rolls for a final garnish. Enjoy!
Recipe Note
Pro Tip: The dough or rolls can be prepped ahead of time as long as it is wrapped in plastic wrap and stored in the refrigerator. The rolls can also be cooked ahead of time and reheated.
