A digital instant-read thermometer is a must-have grilling essential. Without it, you're flying in the dark!
Features:
- Digital, instant-read ranging from -122°F to 527°F (if the temperature is below -58°F or above 572°F, LL.L or HH.H will show on the display)
- Reads temperature in less than 1 second
- Built-in gravity sensors detect whether the device is up or down, and rotate the display accordingly (great for awkward angles and left-handed users)
- Back of the thermometer has a magnet so you can stick it to your grill or other metal surfaces for easy access and storage
- Powered by two AAA batteries (included)
- When the batteries are low, an “I" will appear on the screen to notify you
- If there is no operation after 80 seconds and the temperature change is less than 41°F, the LED will automatically turn off to preserve battery life
- If there is no operation for 8 minutes, no buttons can activate the screen -- you need to retract the probe and extend it again to power on
- Includes a small Phillips head screwdriver to access the battery compartment

Note:

- Clean with tap water, but never rinse for longer than 3 minutes. After cleaning, dry it with a cloth before storing
- Do not leave the unit exposed to extreme high or low temperatures as this will damage electronic parts and plastic
- Do not leave the thermometer inserted in food during cooking
