Ingredients
- Mis’ Rubin’s White Magic Seasoning
- 4 Sourdough Baguettes
- 1 cup Orange Juice
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 2 cups Cranberries (raw)
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 4-6 slices Leftover Smoked Turkey Breast
- Leftover Mashed Potatoes
- Leftover Stuffing
- Leftover Gravy
- Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine the orange Juice, bourbon, cranberries and sugar. Cook down in a saucepan until cranberries have split and are soft. Stir to mix, let cool.
- Season the turkey slices with Mis’ Rubin’s White Magic Seasoning, then on to the grill to sear and build a crust on each slice. Once the crust is built, remove and let cool.
- While the grill is hot, split the baguettes, toast them, and heat up your leftover gravy.
- Time for the sandwich build! Start with your baguette, then layer cranberry sauce, turkey slice or slices (depending on size of slice), mashed potatoes, stuffing, and gravy. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
