Ingredients
- Meat Mitch Steer Season Rub
- Bacon & Whiskey BBQ Sauce by Southern City Flavors
- 1 Pork Belly Slab (3-4 lb), cut into 2-3” cubes
- 1/2 stick Butter or 1/4 cup Beef Tallow
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
Directions
- Preheat your smoker or grill to 275 °F using wood or charcoal of choice.
- On a baking rack, place pork belly cubes about 1 inch apart.
- Season with Meat Mitch Steer Season on all sides.
- Smoke for 1 hour, then remove and add to your grill safe baking dish or foil pan.
- Add butter or tallow, brown sugar and 1/4 cup Bacon & Whiskey BBQ Sauce by Southern City Flavors.
- Mix together, covering all sides and place back in the smoker or grill for an additional 45 minutes to 1 hour or until about 200 °F internal temperature.
- Remove and let cool. Enjoy!
