Ingredients
- Palisade Peach BBQ Rub by The Spice Guy
- 2 Oranges, halved
- 2 Peaches, 1 sliced and 1 minced to puree
- 3 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar
- 4 Tbsp Cane Sugar
- 9 oz Silver Tequila
- 2 cans Seltzer Water or Fresca
- Rosemary, for garnish
Directions
- Start by lightly seasoning the orange halves with Palisade Peach BBQ Rub by The Spice Guy.
- Preheat the grill or smoker to 325 °F.
- Grill orange slices for 15-20 minutes. This will enhance the flavor and bring out the juices in the oranges.
- Juice oranges after cooling.
- In a serving pitcher add the juice from the grilled oranges (should be 4-6 ounces), 2 cans seltzer, and minced peach puree. Add 8 ounces of silver tequila.
- Stir and add ice.
- Rim glasses with Palisade Peach BBQ Rub by The Spice Guy and light brown sugar.
- Pour Palomas into glasses, garnish with a slice of a fresh peach and rosemary. Enjoy!
