Maple Espresso Chuck Roast Burnt Ends Recipe

Directions

1. Preheat your smoker or grill to 250 °F using wood or charcoal of choice.

2. Preparing the chuck roast: Slice chuck roast into easy to work with sections. Slice chuck roast into 2 inch by 2 inch cubes. Add Maple Espresso BBQ Sauce by Southern City Flavors as a binder.

3. On a baking rack, place chuck roast cubes about 1/2 inch apart. Season with Spicy BBQ Sweet Heat Seasoning by Sauce Goddess.

4. Smoke for 2 hours, then remove and add to your grill-safe baking dish or foil pan.

5. Add butter, brown sugar and 1/4 cup Maple Espresso BBQ Sauce by Southern City Flavors.

6. Increase grill temperature to 325 °F.

7. Mix together, covering all sides and place back in the smoker or grill for an additional  hour or until about 203 - 205 °F internal temperature.

8. Remove and let cool. Enjoy!
