Jalapeno Margarita Recipe

Directions

1. Start by seasoning the lime halves and jalapenos with Midnight Toker by The Spice Guy and smoke them at 275 F for 20-25 minutes. This will enhance the flavor and bring out the juices.

2. Juice limes after cooling.

3. In a serving pitcher add the juice from the smoked limes (should be 4-6 ounces), 1 teaspoon of Midnight Toker by The Spice Guy, 1 minced jalapeno, 4 ounces simple syrup, 2 ounces orange juice, 6 ounces gold tequila, 3 ounces triple sec, and 3 ounces Grand Marnier (optional for floater).

4. Stir thoroughly and add ice.

5. Rim Margarita glasses with Candied Jalapeno Wing Sauce by PS Seasoning and a mixture of Midnight Toker by The Spice Guy and Salt.

6. Pour margarita into glasses, garnish with a thin slice of smoked lime and enjoy!
