EQUIPMENT
- Stiff Blade
- Flex Blade/Fillet Knife
- Meat Tenderizer
Instructions
Start on the Breast. Split the chicken in half.
Using fillet knife take out the wings. Make sure you get into the joints for an easy cut.
Remove the thigh away from the back.
Coating
Use the Meat Tenderizer to pierce through the skin and around the chicken parts.
Coat the chicken with Honeymoon Cloak Rub.
Using your palm and push the rub in the chicken to get the rub in the chicken.
