Cajun Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Fat Boy Cajun Rub
- 2 ½ lb Red and White Creamer Potatoes
- 5 cloves Garlic (pressed)
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ¾ cup Heavy Cream
- ½ stick Salted Butter
- Salt/Pepper to Taste
Directions
- Quarter potatoes and add to a large pot with boiling salted water. Ensure water level covers potatoes in pot. Boil potatoes until soft, drain, and add to a large bowl or stand mixer.
- Add butter, sour cream, heavy cream, garlic, and Fat Boy Cajun Rub. Mix or mash until well blended, but still chunky.
- Season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!!
Recipe Note
Pro Tip: Adjust the chunkiness or smoothness of the potatoes by adding 1 Tbsp of whole milk to the blend depending on the consistency you are trying to achieve.
