Ingredients
- Palisade Peach BBQ Rub by The Spice Guy
- Lane’s Pineapple Chipotle Sauce
- 4 Bone-in Thick-Cut Pork Chops
- 1 Peach
- 1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
- 1/4 stick Butter
- 3 oz Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- Fresh Basil
- Avocado or Canola Oil
Directions
- Preheat your grill to 350 °F or medium high, setting a cast iron skillet on the grate.
- Apply a light coat of Lane’s Pineapple Chipotle Sauce to the pork chops. Season Pork Chops with Palisade Peach BBQ Rub by The Spice Guy on all sides.
- Add avocado oil or canola oil to the skillet, lightly coating the bottom surface.
- Sear pork chops on the cast iron for 4 minutes each side. Remove from the skillet and let rest covered in foil.
- Cut the heat on the grill or remove the skillet from direct flame.
- Add 1/4 stick Butter, 1/2 inch slices from one peach, 2 Tbsp chopped basil, 1 Tbsp minced garlic, 2 Tbsp Lane’s Pineapple Chipotle Sauce, and 3 ounces of Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Combine with a wooden spoon.
- Add pork chops back into the skillet and baste the Peach Bourbon Sauce over the pork chops.
- Garnish with fresh basil and remaining Peach Bourbon Sauce.
- Slice and enjoy!
