Ingredients
-
1 cup Lane’s “Kinda Sweet” Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Smoky Barbecue Rub by Rub with Love
- 1 (4-5 lb) Boneless Pork Loin Roast
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat your grill or smoker to 250 °F.
- Season the pork loin roast generously with salt, black pepper, and Smoky Barbecue Rub by Rub with Love. Rub the seasoning into the meat with your hands, making sure it's evenly coated.
- Place the pork roast on the grill or smoker and let it cook low and slow for about 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145 °F.
Every 30 minutes or so, baste the pork roast with Lane’s “Kinda Sweet” Sauce using a brush or spoon. This will add a delicious layer of flavor and moisture to the pork.
- Once the pork roast is fully cooked, remove it from the grill or smoker and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat.
Slice the pork roast into thin pieces and serve with additional Lane’s “Kinda Sweet” Sauce on the side.
- Enjoy your flavorful and smoky pork roast!
Recipe Note
You can adjust the amount of seasoning and sauce based on your preference. Also, if you prefer a more tender and fall-apart texture, cook the pork roast to an internal temperature of 195 °F (instead of 145°F), but note that this will take longer (about 6-8 hours).
