Rosalie is a Florida native and self-taught chef and Pitmaster.

Owner of Castironskillz, Rosalie also works as a freelance BBQ instructor, caterer, culinary educator, content creator and backyard griller! She works with some of the biggest brands in BBQ and runs the socials for her local meat market.

Her mission is to continue to fuse the culinary and BBQ cultures together through her creative and resourceful cooks.

She loves everything Cast Iron, Traeger and Open Fire Cooking. She’s most known for loading up her smoker with a variety of proteins, apps, sides and desserts - providing tips and tricks for all BBQ skillsets.
