Cajun Style Barecue Ribs
Fall off the bone goodness of spare ribs with a Cajun twist. Try using hickory wood chips/chunks to add flavor to your ribs. We suggest using Vaughn Wood Products hickory wood a wood vendor frequently featured in the Grill Masters Club box.
- 3 lb spareribs or back ribs
- 1 cup hickory smoke barbecue sauce
- 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1/2 tsp crushed thyme leaves
Set ribs aside.
Mix remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan, bring to a soft boil.
Place in a glass container along with ribs.
Marinate the ribs for 3 to 4 hours.
Wipe grill with olive oil and heat.
Place ribs on grill.
Grill for 8 to 10 minutes.
Brush with marinade.
