Rib Eye Steaks with Chipotle Butter takes about 15 minutes to prepare and has a grilling time of 8 or so minutes. It has a serving capacity of 4 and can be prepared in grill-outings with family members and friends in the summer. Sit back as I share the recipe to this flavorsome dish. Enjoy!
• 1 tbsp. of refined canned chipotle in adobo sauce
• 1 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 tsps. of kosher salt
• ½ tsp of granulated brown sugar
• ½ tsp of unprocessed ground black pepper
• 1 ½ tsps. of ancho chile powder
• Extra-virgin olive oil
• 4 rib eye steaks10 ounces each with a thickness of 1 inch, remove excess fat
Instructions
• Combine the butter ingredients in a medium-sized container until it is distributed evenly.
• Get the grill ready and adjust the heat to a high temperature (450 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit).
• Rub the ingredients in a small bowl. Afterwards, gently glaze the steaks on either sides with oil and use the rub to season them evenly. Gently press the rub into the meat.
• After properly brushing the cooking grates, place the steaks on the grill over direct heat with the lid closed, and wait until it’s cooked to your liking.
