Bub 'n Mutha's Smoked Pork Shoulder

  • Score the fat first so that the rub gets inside.
  • Rub the Pork shoulder with Bub 'n Mutha's DownEast Dinnah Dust starting on the bottom first to the top and all over.
  • Wrap the pork with a plastic to get the rub work an let it rest at room temperature.
  • Prepare your smoker with your favorite charcoal.
  • Put the pork in the smoker and leave it for 3hrs. Check the temperature after 3hrs and maintain it by adding woods if necessary.
  • Temperature should be around 260 degrees to 270 degrees. Let it cook for another 3-4 hrs.
