This classic sausage recipe utilizes a Grill / Oven bag by Jaccard (featured box item) for an easy-to-make dinner that's even easier to clean up!

  • 1 Grill
  • 1 Large Bowl
  • 1 Small Bowl


  • 1 lb Italian Sausage Links (cut into ½" slices)
  • 1 Medium-sized Sweet Red Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • 1 Medium-sized Onion
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika


  • Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  • In a large bowl, combine Italian sausage links, red bell pepper and onion.
  • In a small bowl, combine vegetable oil, oregano, parsley, garlic salt and paprika.
  • Pour the oil and spice mixture from the small bowl into the large bowl containing your Italian sausage links, pepper and onion mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  • Fill a Grill Bag™ with your sausage, pepper & onion mixture. To close, fold the open end down twice, pressing firmly to ensure a good seal.
  • Place your Fill a Grill Bag™ on the grill and grill over MEDIUM heat for 20-25 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink (cook to an internal temperature of 160°F).
