Sauced Up Bacon Wrapped Asparagus Recipe

 

Take your asparagus to the next level by adding bacon and spicing / saucing with three great products from our "Return of the BBQ Pit Boys" box.

INGREDIENTS

Instructions

  • Prep your grill for direct heat.

  • Lay bacon out and season one side with On The Rocks – Bourbon Pepper Grinder by PS Seasoning thoroughly.

  • Cut the ends off of the asparagus and wrap in 2 pieces of bacon for each bundle of 6 asparagus.

  • Secure the bacon around the asparagus with toothpicks.

  • Mix 4 oz of the Pepper Jelly with 4 oz of the Smokey Whiskey Sauce and brush them good

  • Grill over high heat, flipping often, for 2-3 minutes per side, adding more sauce during the cook.

  • Remove toothpicks and enjoy!
