INGREDIENTS

  • Kansas City Smoke BBQ Rub
  • Ground beef
  • Beef broth
  • Beer
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Chilli powder
  • Ground cumin
  • Paprika
  • Oregano
  • Lemon
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Tomato sauce
  • French bread
  • Dinner rolls/buns

Instructions

  • In a large bowl containing the ground beef, add some Kansas City Smoke BBQ Rub and mix well. Make some meat burgers.

  • Take the pot of medium rare burgers and mash it with a potato masher. Add half a cup of beef broth and beer and slow simmer it. We want to tenderize the beef.

  • Take your dinner buns and make a large hole as shown in the video. Drop some shredded cheese at the bottom and pack in a good spoonful of beef chilli mix. Prepare all the buns this way. Top it off with shredded cheese on the top and set them up on a baking tray. Prepare your French bread as shown, the same ways as the buns.

  • Cooking

  • Grill the burgers to a medium rare. Put them in a large pot.

  • Tenderize the beef broth mixture on low heat for an hour or so. Pull it off when all the broth has almost cooked in.

  • Now add all the spice powders, garlic, onion, chilli, paprika, cumin, oregano, paprika, juice of a lemon, tomato sauce and mix well. Now slow cook it for another 45 to 60 minutes.

  • Take if off the heat and keep aside.

  • Put the tray of buns in to toast, till the cheese melts.
