Equipment

  • Stiff Blade
  • Flex Blade/Fillet Knife
  • Meat Tenderizer

Instructions
 

  • Start on the breast. Split the chicken in half.
    Split the chicken in half
  • Using a fillet knife, take out the wings. Make sure you get into the joints for an easy cut.
  • Remove the thigh away from the back.

Coating

  • Use the Meat Tenderizer to pierce through the skin and around the chicken parts.
  • Coat the chicken with your preferred dry rub.
  • Using your palm and fingers, push the rub in the chicken.
