EQUIPMENT

  • Stiff Blade
  • Flex Blade/Fillet Knife
  • Meat Tenderizer

Instructions

  • Start on the Breast. Split the chicken in half.



  • Using fillet knife take out the wings. Make sure you get into the joints for an easy cut.



  • Remove the thigh away from the back.



  • Coating

  • Use the Meat Tenderizer to pierce through the skin and around the chicken parts.



  • Coat the chicken with Honeymoon Cloak Rub.



  • Using your palm and push the rub in the chicken to get the rub in the chicken.
