WHAT IS GRILL MASTERS CLUB?

Grill Masters Club curates a monthly BBQ and grilling box subscription.

In short, we discover the finest barbecue, grilling and smoking products from award-winning vendors around the world and ship them to you.

WHAT KIND OF ITEMS ARE INCLUDED IN A GRILL MASTERS CLUB BOX?

Each monthly box contains 4-5 grilling and BBQ products from award-winning suppliers, including: barbecue sauces, dry rubs, marinades & hot sauces and other grilling surprises we know you’ll love.

Plus, we work with vendors to hand-select recipes for the products featured in the box so you can put them to the test right away (and inspire your meal planning efforts!).

We take the time to research, taste test, and vet every supplier and vendor we work with. If the product isn’t up to our standards, it simply won’t be in the box.

WHEN DO BOXES SHIP?

Boxes ship between the 7th and 9th of each month. Boxes arrive at their destination 3-8 days after the tracking number was generated. Please note that boxes ship from our fulfillment center in Pennsylvania.

Cutoff date: Orders received after 7PM EST on the 4th of the month are shipped in the next month’s batch.

It sounds a bit confusing, but here are some examples to help you understand the logistics:

Example #1: You subscribe on July 28th. Your order will ship with the August box, which ships August 7-9th.

Example #2: You subscribe on August 5th. At this point, it’s beyond our 4th of the month cutoff and is too late to be included in the August shipment; your box will ship with September’s batch, which ships September 7-9th. (Note that you would have had to order before August 4th at 7PM EST to receive the August shipment).

Once your box has been packed and assigned a shipping label, you’ll be notified via email when it ships. This will include tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS?

At this time, we cannot provide a guarantee on the condition of the box, or timing of its delivery, for international orders (outside of the continental United States).

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT offer refunds or replacements for damaged or undelivered boxes shipped outside of the continental United States.

While we appreciate every international customer, please remember that shipments are made at your own risk. Grill Masters Club cannot be held responsible or liable if the box arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all. That said, we are working to improve the experience for international members, and hope to offer more options in the future.

HOW DOES RECURRING BILLING WORK?

Whether or not your subscription automatically renews is your choice at checkout (via the “This is a non-renewing gift” checkbox if you wish to make a one-time purchase). Our product is a monthly subscription and by default, subscriptions are set to automatically renew — you must select the aforementioned checkbox if you intend to place a one-time order.

Automatic renewals (recurring billing) occur on the 15th of the month in which you receive the final box of your subscription order. This means your card will be charged on the 15th if your subscription is set to automatically renew.

Simply put, if you’re a month-to-month subscriber, you’ll be billed monthly. If you purchase a 3-month auto-renewing subscription, you’ll be billed every three months.

To change the automatic renewal settings for your subscription, log in to your account or submit a support request.

Example #1: On July 1st, you purchase a month-to-month subscription set to automatically renew. Your first box will ship July 7-9th; on July 15th, the payment method saved in your account will be charged to automatically renew your monthly subscription to receive a box in August.

Example #2: On July 6th (after the cutoff date, which is July 4th at 7PM EST), you purchase a month-to-month subscription set to automatically renew. Your first box will ship August 7-9th; on August 15th, the payment method saved in your account will be charged to automatically renew your monthly subscription to receive a box in September.

Example #3: On July 17th, you purchase a 3-month prepaid subscription set to automatically renew. Your first box will ship August 7-9th, your second box will ship September 7-9th and your third October 7-9th. On October 15th, the payment method saved in your account will be charged to automatically renew your 3-month prepaid subscription to receive boxes in November, December and January.

MY BOX WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. WHAT DO I DO?

We’re very sorry to hear that your box incurred damage during the shipping process — we promise it didn’t leave the warehouse that way! We’ve been working hard to improve packaging in order to meet our goal of reducing the number of boxes damaged while in transit.

Please email support@grillmastersclub.com with pictures of the inside and outside of the box exactly as you received it before you dispose of any damaged product(s).

We know it can be messy, but we require images of the damage as supporting documentation before we can issue a replacement (we have to submit them to the carrier when filing a claim). Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Please note that canceling prevents your subscription from automatically renewing on the 15th of the month. Cancelling your subscription does not initiate a refund; however if you cancel and contact us before the box ships to request a refund, we are happy to accommodate. Please note that we cannot refund a box that has already shipped. 

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account here. After logging in, you have the ability to cancel any active subscriptions.

Any unshipped prepaid boxes from your initial order will still be shipped. (The moment you are charged for a subscription, at least one shipment is generated. The number of shipments depends on the subscription term you selected at checkout: A month-to-month subscription generates one shipment, a 3-month prepaid subscription = 3 shipments, 6-month = six shipments, 12-month = 12 shipments.)

Example: You purchase a 3-month prepaid subscription on July 25th set to automatically renew*. You receive your first box in August and your second in September.

After receiving your second box in September, you decide you do not want the subscription to renew and you log in to your Grill Masters Club account and cancel your subscription.

You still have one prepaid box to receive in October from your initial 3-month subscription order. When you cancel your subscription, you are canceling the next renewal (which would have renewed on October 15th). When you receive your October box, your subscription will expire.

*To make a one-time purchase, select “This is non-renewing gift” option at checkout and enter yourself as the recipient.
