WHAT IS GRILL MASTERS CLUB?

At Grill Masters Club, we curate a monthly BBQ & grilling subscription box that includes premium BBQ sauces, dry rubs, spices, wood chips, recipes and other grilling surprises.

In short, we discover the finest BBQ & grilling products from premium suppliers around the world and ship them to you!

WHAT KIND OF ITEMS ARE INCLUDED IN A GRILL MASTERS CLUB BOX?

Each monthly box contains 4-5 products including barbecue sauces, dry rubs, marinades & hot sauces, recipes, and other grilling surprises we know you’ll love.

We take the time to research, taste test, and vet every supplier and vendor we work with.

If the product isn’t up to our standards, it simply won’t be in the box. (You won’t be receiving any Sweet Baby Ray’s…sorry, Ray).

WHEN DO BOXES SHIP?

Boxes ship between the 7th and 9th of each month.

Cutoff date: Orders received after 7PM EST on the 4th of the month are shipped with the next month’s batch.

It sounds a bit confusing, but here are some examples to help you understand the logistics:

Example #1: You subscribe on July 28th. Your order will ship with the August box, which ships August 7-9th.

Example #2: You subscribe on August 5th. At this point, it’s beyond our 4th of the month cutoff and is too late to be included in the August shipment; your box will ship with September’s batch, which ships September 7-9th. (Note that you would have had to order before August 4th at 7PM EST to receive the August shipment).

Once your box has been packed and assigned a shipping label, you’ll be notified via email when it ships. This will include tracking information so you can monitory the status of your delivery.

WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS?

We cannot provide a guarantee on condition of the box or timing of its delivery on international orders.

PLEASE NOTE that we DO NOT offer refunds or replacement boxes for international orders. While we appreciate international orders, we’re unable to make any guarantees as far as the box being delivered or damaged during the shipping process.

International shipments are made at your own risk, and we cannot be held responsible if the box arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all. That said, we are working to improve the experience for international customers at this time, and hope to offer more options in the future. 

HOW DOES RECURRING BILLING WORK?

Recurring billing happens at the end of your subscription regardless of your subscription length (monthly, 3-month, 6-month, 12-month). Whether or not your subscription automatically renews is your choice at checkout.

If you opted for your subscription to automatically renew, you will be billed for renewal on the 15th, after your subscription ends. This means your card will be charged on the 15th if your subscription is set to auto renew.

Simply put, if you’re a month-to-month subscriber, you’ll be billed monthly. If you purchase a 3-month auto-renewing subscription, you’ll be billed every three months.

Example #1: You purchase a month-to-month recurring subscription on July 1st. Your first box will ship July 7-9th, and your subscription will automatically renew on July 15th.

Example #2: You purchase a month-to-month recurring subscription on July 6th (after the cutoff date, which is the 4th at 7PM EST). Your first box will ship August 7-9th, and your subscription will automatically renew on August 15th.

Example #3: You purchase a 3-month prepaid subscription on July 17th. Your first box will ship August 7-9th, your second box ships September 7-9th and your third October 7-9th. Your 3-month subscription will renew October 15th and your card will be charged to renew your 3-month subscription (for November, December, January boxes).

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

 To cancel your subscription and prevent future renewals, log in to your account here.

After logging in, you have the ability to cancel your active subscription.

Please note that cancelling STOPS your subscription from automatically renewing when it is over, but any remaining prepaid boxes will still be shipped.

For example, you order a 3-month subscription July 25th, set to automatically renew. You receive your first box in August, and your second in September. After your second box in September, you decide you do not want the subscription to renew, so you cancel. You still have one box to receive in October from your initial 3-month subscription, and your subscription will NOT renew October 15th (because you decided to cancel).
